QUESTIONNAIRE: To facilitate this feasibility study process, leadership has engaged the parish support services of Generis (Gen-nair-us), an international Christian company committed to advancing the Gospel of Christ’s Kingdom. They are guiding us in developing, administering, and interpreting the results of this feasibility study. Within the Archdiocese of Louisville, Generis has assisted dozens of other parishes and parish schools in similar studies and in capital campaigns. Generis also serves Catholic parishes and faith-based non-profits in dioceses all across America, as well as many other countries of the world.
Your responses/comments will be seen only by the Generis team. However, at the conclusion of this study, Generis will provide the parish office the updated contact information on all who participated in the study. This will enable us to update our parish family records. We invite you to provide Generis with your updated contact information at the end of this questionnaire.
